Westside, also known as District 66, is known for its safe neighborhoods, large lot sizes and mature landscaping. The Westside community, which is comprised of many unique neighborhoods, is in a great central location, between 84th & 90th Streets and Pacific & Center Streets, with quick and easy access to virtually anywhere in Omaha. Each neighborhood features homes of a large range of prices, from $100,000 to million dollar homes. One of the biggest attractions to the Westside community is the award winning Westside School District - students will attend one of the 10 elementary schools then go on to Westside Middle & High School. Westside Schools offer small class sizes and some of the most educated teachers, all teachers at Westside High School must have their Master's completed within 10 years of employment at Westside. Churches and several private/parochial schools are also found in near-by neighborhoods. While Westside is mainly residential, you are able to quickly find grocery stores, shopping centers and lots of entertainment within just a few miles.
